Policies and Procedures

General:

  1. Please walk your child into the building.
  2. For your child's safety, please come in and pick up your child.
  3. If your child misses the warm-up (the first 15 minutes of class), they will not be allowed to take the class.
  4. Students only are allowed beyond the gate
  5. No chewing gum in the gym.

Viewing Area:

  1. Unsupervised and/or loud children will not be allowed in the gym.
  2. Please keep siblings away from the gate that leads to the gym floor.
  3. Going behind the front desk for any reason is prohibited.

Dress Code:

  1. Leotards for all female gymnasts with cotton or bike shorts if desired.
  2. Please no attached skirts or tights.
  3. Hair must be away from the face pulled back into a ponytail or braid.
  4. Short and a T-shirt, for all male gymnasts.

Make-Up Policy:

  1. Make-ups are made by appointment only, and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Students are allowed only 3 make-ups per 10 week session.
  3. Make-ups can only be done within the same session.
  4. Missed make-up classes cannot be made up.

Tuition Policy:

  1. Class tuition is due prior to the beginning of the session.
  2. There is a $15 late fee for all tuition received after the first week of the session. Sorry, no exceptions.
  3. Once your child is enrolled, no refunds or transfers are available.
  4. A $15 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Team and Pre-Team Tuition Policy:

  1. You must give your credit card information to the office.
  2. Your card will be charged on the 28th of the month for the next month of classes.
  3. If you do not wish for us to charge your card, another form of payment may be made before the 28th of the month.
  4. If no payment is received by the 10th of the month, a $15 late fee will be added.

You may register in person, over the phone, or by mailing in your registration forms with the appropriate payment. Click here for a session schedule has all the class times, prices, and a list of Holiday Closures. In order to save a space in a class, they must be paid for in full.
