From San Diego/Orange County/Santa Fe Springs
Take I-5 North toward Los Angeles. Merge onto I-605 North. Merge (stay left) onto the Foothill Fwy/I-210 West toward Pasadena. Exit at Sierra Madre Blvd/San Marino and turn left (stay in center lane) onto Sierra Madre Blvd. Turn right on Foothill Blvd.
Choice 1: Turn left on Vista Ave. Park on the street. Walk down 145 Vista driveway to Suite 108.
Choice 2: Turn left into Marie Callender’s/Club Champion parking lot (2300 East Foothill Blvd.) Club Champion is directly behind Marie Callender’s.
From East San Gabriel Valley/San Bernardino
Take the Foothill Fwy/I-210 West toward Pasadena. Exit at Sierra Madre Blvd/San Marino and turn left (stay in center lane) onto Sierra Madre Blvd. Turn right on Foothill Blvd.
Choice 1: Turn left on Vista Ave. Park on the street. Walk down 145 Vista driveway to Suite 108.
Choice 2: Turn left into Marie Callender’s/Club Champion parking lot (2300 East Foothill Blvd.) Club Champion is directly behind Marie Callender’s.
From Riverside/Temecula
Take I-15 North toward Los Angeles/Riverside. Take the Foothill Fwy/I-210 West toward Pasadena. Exit at Sierra Madre Blvd/San Marino and turn left (stay in center lane) onto Sierra Madre Blvd. Turn right on Foothill Blvd.
Choice 1: Turn left on Vista Ave. Park on the street. Walk down 145 Vista driveway to Suite 108.

From San Fernando Valley/Camarillo
Take CA-134 East/Ventura Fwy toward Pasadena. Continue on I-210 East toward Pasadena. Exit at Sierra Madre Blvd/Altadena Dr. Turn right at Altadena Dr. Turn right at Sierra Madre Blvd. Turn right on Foothill Blvd.
Choice 1: Turn left on Vista Ave. Park on the street. Walk down 145 Vista driveway to Suite 108.
Choice 2: Turn left into Marie Callender’s/Club Champion parking lot (2300 East Foothill Blvd.) Club Champion is directly behind Marie Callender’s.
From Los Angeles/South Bay
Take I-110 North toward Los Angeles. Continue on CA-110 North toward Pasadena. CA-110 Fwy comes to an end and puts you on Arroyo Parkway. Continue North on Arroyo Parkway. Turn right at Del Mar Blvd. Turn left on Marengo Ave. (1st street). Turn right on Walnut St. (go 2.5 miles). Veer the left at fork in road of Walnut & Foothill Blvd. (in front of Honda Dealer). You are now on Foothill Blvd.
Choice 1: Turn right into Marie Callender’s/Club Champion parking lot (2300 East Foothill Blvd.) Club Champion is located directly behind the Marie Callender’s Restaurant.
Choice 2: Turn right on Vista Ave. Park on the street. Walk down 145 Vista driveway to suite 108.
Street parking is available on Vista Ave. and behind the gym on E. Walnut Street.
