Christie completed on a full scholarship for UCLA's women's gymnastics team. She won 2 NCAA titles (2003, 2004), 3 Pac-10 team titles, and 4 regional team titles (2002-2005). She has a B.A. in psychology and a Minor in Education. She is CPR/AED and First Aid Certified as well as an American Occupational Therapy Association Member. She is currently getting her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from USC.

Since graduating, Christie has coached competitive and recreational gymnastics. She is the creator of "Rolling into Reading" which is a gymnastics-based leaerning program that prepares 3-4 year olds for kindergarten reading through gymnastics, music and developmentally-appropriate movements that stem from Occupational Therapy theory.

At Club Champion, Christie will be focusing on Champion's Little Champs Program, where she has developed a Transitional 2's class to help children get used to the transition from a Parent Participated environment to our Pre-School Gym program.
